A short checklist that helps suppliers quote accurately and quickly.

A complete enquiry saves days of back-and-forth. Before contacting a supplier, gather the details below.

Product and specification: the exact product, form (fresh, powder, flakes, oil), and any limits on moisture, particle size or additives.

Volume and frequency: the quantity per shipment and whether the order is one-off or recurring.

Packaging and labelling: bag, carton or drum sizes, and any private-label needs.

Destination and documents: the port or city of delivery, preferred Incoterms and the certificates your market requires.
